V Gaming emerges as champions with a 4-1 score
Following an intense season of fierce competition, the Arena of Valor International Championships (AIC) 2022 has come to a satisfying end, with Arena of Glory’s V Gaming (Vietnam) clinching the coveted championship title with a 4-1 win in the Grand Finals.
Despite first losing in the semi-finals, V Gaming stormed back to secure a spot in the Grand Finals before beating ONE to win their first-ever champion trophy. As a critical player in the winning effort, V Gaming’s Maris was also named the AIC 2022 Final Most Valuable Player.
Overall, AIC 2022 brought 16 teams across 10 regions together to compete, with the prestigious championship up for grabs alongside a US$2,000,000 prize pool.
