World’s biggest mobile MOBA opens global server network

With 100 million people logging on to battle daily, the world’s most-played mobile MOBA continues its global expansion today. TiMi Studio and Level Infinite have announced that hit game Honor of Kings has launched a worldwide server network and new support for 14 languages, in order to make player experience better across the globe.

The Level Infinite content team went to Chengdu, China to chat with developers behind the game:

Among the topics discussed, the team talked about the extent to which the games’ character backstories are crafted, as well as their artwork.

Dean Huang, chief game designer, also noted that the game was revolutionary in its debut because it closely translated the traditional keyboard-and-mouse PC MOBA experience to the mobile phone.

This level of control and gameplay experience attracted players across skill levels. Today, in addition to its huge casual player base, Honor of Kings has a big esports community on the rise as well.
