Last month, NBA fans at the All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis were treated to a showcase for NBA Infinite, the NBA’s officially licensed game.
Watch the event recap and learn more about how the game works:
NBA Infinite was launched on iOS and Android as part of the weekend’s festivities. At the time of launch, it received 6 million pre-registrations, alongside a marketing campaign led by Minnesota Timberwolves All-Star Karl-Anthony Towns as its first official icon athlete.
On the show floor, the NBA Infinite booth offered fans a chance to try the new game, pitting players against others in real-time action with their own custom rosters of current NBA stars.
Nearby at the Brotherhood Deli, fans could experience the game and got a chance to meet Lauri Markkanen of the Utah Jazz.
NBA Infinite comes from Level Infinite and Lightspeed Studios, and offers various player modes including real-time 3v3 matches, 1v1 play and larger 5v5 “Dynasty” games. Players also can maintain and upgrade a dream roster of NBA stars and coaches.
