While players are ready to welcome the brand new simulacrum Cobalt-B this Oct. 6, the more-substantial addition is the Vera 2.0 update for Tower of Fantasy.
The new version update has been teased for some time, and now, the studio is ready – through a new trailer – to tell players exactly when they can enter the dangerous Land of Sand and visit the charming cyberpunk city of Mirroria.
The wait is quite short, as Tower of Fantasy Version 2.0: Vera will be launching this coming Oct. 20, paving the way for even more adventures for all Wanderers. Beyond the new world, enemies and simulacrums, players eager to find out more about what awaits in Vera 2.0 can tune in to the Tower of Fantasy preview live stream on Oct. 13 to learn more.
In the meantime, the Vera Orienteering Limited-Timed Event is still available until Oct.12, providing Wanderers with the opportunity to earn rewards by completing a series of challenges focusing on three different gameplay elements. These challenges will be gradually unlocked between now and the end of the event.
Here are the full details of the phases:
Phase 1: Entrusted Investigation
Start Time: Available Now
Available Gameplay: Open password chests and defeat the Hyenas in the Overworld. Obtain various amounts of warp energy cells based on the rarity of the password chests and the Hyenas enemies. The Request Mission of phase 1 will become available at the same time.
The maximum limit of the server warp energy cell progress: 20%
Core Rewards: Chat Bubble: Set Off Again, red nucleus, energy crystal dust, special voucher (server progress reward).
Phase 2: Cleaning Agreement
Phase 2 Start Time: Available Now
Available Gameplay: Defeat the world bosses, Lady Lucia and Sobek, to open the world boss password chest and obtain a large amount of warp energy cells (forced deciphering is also allowed). The Request Mission of phase 2 will become available at the same time.
The maximum limit of the server warp energy cell progress: 55%
Core Rewards: Avatar Frame: Gaze Mirroria, red nucleus, energy crystal dust, dark crystal (server progress reward).
Phase 3: Cleaner Contract
Phase 3 Start Time: 2022/10/07 11:00
Available Gameplay: Clear the event instance and obtain various amounts of warp energy cells based on different difficulties with unlimited challenge attempts. The Request Mission of phase 3 will become available at the same time.
The maximum limit of the server warp energy cell progress: 100%
Core Rewards: Title: Vera Navigator, SSR Relic: Spacetime Rift, red nucleus, energy crystal dust, dark crystal (server progress reward).
